Happy Sunday! So I thought it would be fun to join in on these weekly questions that everyone seems to do. Its interesting to read through what other other are going through and compare and it will be great for me to go back and read months/years later :)
Here is the first one I found. It's kind of an overview questionnaire. Enjoy!!
How did you find out you were pregnant? I took a home pregnancy test after a week or 2 of having every symptom.
What kind of Pregnancy test did you take? EPT
How many?
I only needed 1 to tell me… but I took 3 lol All of them were positive!
What were your 1st symptoms? Sore boobs. Hands down.
Who did you tell first?
My husband.. Duh!
Who was with you when you found out? Nobody. I was alone since the hubby was out of town

My 1st reaction:
Bawling on the toilet. I was so shocked…but I knew it at the same time.
Was your baby planned?
Nope not at all
When was the baby conceived? I have no idea! How do people know things like that? I mean it was around our anniversary but who knows really
.
How far were you when you found out?
4-5 weeks
How did your parents react?
Super excited. They’d been asking us when it would happen for a while so it was great news.

Any Ultrasounds?
Only like 637368 of them. I have had some cervix issues so now every appointment usually has an ultrasound attached to it.
Have you heard the heart beat?
yup! Every doctor visit we hear the heartbeat

Who do you think it will look like?
I think he will look like the hubs
Will the baby have siblings? Just the pups!
Have you felt the baby move?
ALL THE TIME!! I don’t know what in the world he is doing in there but he needs to tone it down a bit

Miscellaneous
Did you have morning sickness? a little bit, not too much. When I was 15 weeks it hit me every morning around 5 am. So I had crackers and some coke next to my bed. Coke is the only thing that helped me.
Did you have any cravings? Right now I'm all about chocolate milk, which is weird since I have never liked it. But food is strange for me right now. Nothing sounds good and when I eat I don’t like it very much.
Did you have any mood swings?
This is a question for hubby. I don’t think I have any swings… well I can be a little teary sometimes but that’s it.
Are you a high risk pregnancy?
ehhhh medium risk?
Any complications? A few but we are working on them now which is why I am on bed rest for a few weeks

Have you bought anything for the baby yet?
Not too much actually. A few outfits but that’s it!
When did you start to show?
I felt like I started to show immediately lol but people were always saying “ you don’t even look pregnant“
How long could you wear your regular clothes? At 27 weeks I can still wear normal clothes except pants. I had to buy maternity leggings pretty quickly

Home or Hospital?
Hospital. Well both I guess. I want to labor at home as much as I can, then book it to the hospital.
Natural or Medicated birth?
Shoot me up with that epidural!
Who will be in the delivery room with you?
Just my husband! That’s it! Sorry family.
Do you think you will need a C-section?
I sure hope not.
Will you cry when you hold the baby for the 1st time? I would assume
What’s the 1st thing you might say to the baby? probably… “hi hello…you come here often?”
Will you let anyone video tape the birth?
NO NO and NO
Are you excited?
yes!! I mean every so often I get pretty bad anxiety just thinking about how much life will change but I’m ready for it.
Who will help you with the baby after the birth? Hopefully my mom will move back here to help and of course my mother in law.
What is your favorite thing about being pregnant?
Feeling him move! So creepy and cool all at the same time. I also enjoy stuffing my face and not having to suck in my stomach and worrying about looking fat haha
What is the worst thing about being pregnant?
Let me write a book on this subject lol The constant feeling of either passing out or throwing up. Nausea, cant sleep, out of breathe, tired, body aches, sleepy, drinking so much water you feel like your drowning yourself… and many many more!
What’s one thing you miss doing since being pregnant?
Having a glass of wine!
Any days you wish you were not pregnant?
nope.. even though I have had some pretty crappy days and in tears from pain, I am so happy.
Are you ready for a baby?
I think so! Ready as we’ll ever be
Do you have insurance?
yes… but it sure doesn’t help much! I think having no insurance would be cheaper

How many kids do you want?
One and done…. Maybe 2.… no just one…maybe
Do you talk to the baby?
Sometimes. Corey does more than I do. But I'm always rubbing and touching my belly. I listen to music a bunch but I don’t really have a conversation with him. I do tell him I'm gonna feed him and to stop kicking me in the bladder lol
Do you still feel attractive?
Funny enough I feel MORE attractive pregnant. I have always been small ( under 120 lbs). So I always thought I would freak out about getting bigger but not so at all! Honestly the boobs help. Going from an “A” to a “C” ….. not complaining. Corey also likes the new bod so that helps!
Have you had your baby shower yet?
Nope! End of January!.
Do you like kids?
no…. not really haha Some kids are just so annoying. I like a very select few
How far along are you now?
27 weeks! Almost 3
rd trimester!! Woot woot

How far along? 27 weeks
Total weight gain/measurements: Weighed in at 133lbs Which is 18 lb gain since pre pregger weight
Maternity clothes: oh yeah! I live in my maternity leggings! I can still wear all my regular tops though.
Stretch marks? Thank god none and I hope it stays that way! I use coconut oil everyday twice a day. Slather slather!
Sleep: A pregnancy pillow helps a ton, but I sleep pretty well given I get up at least 2 times a night to pee.
Best moment this week: Having Corey freak out when he kicks haha It scares him every time and its hilarious!
Miss anything? I miss feeling normal. Now days I just feel not 100% so that’s difficult.
Movement: The kid is doing flips and kicks all day!! Kinda annoying when I wanna fall asleep and he’s like nope!
Food cravings: just chocolate milk… which I'm out of….
Anything making you queasy or sick? That stupid glucose drink I had to chug the other day…. And one of the dogs throw up on the carpet which made me almost throw up cleaning it .
Gender: Boy!
Labour signs: 2 weeks ago yes…. Now? None !
Symptoms: Heartburn to the max! peeing every 3 minutes
Belly button in or out? In!
Wedding rings on or off? On! Mine are big anyway so I honestly don’t think they will need to come off.
Happy or moody most of the time? Happy!
